What does it do? This app includes daily action ideas, including monthly wellbeing calendars and an ‘action for happiness’ feed to scroll through for positive and encouraging content.

What does it do? Based on CBT, this evidence based app is designed to give you a tailored list of missions that may help you feel better and improve your wellbeing when you report your mood.

What can I use it for? You might find this app helpful in distracting you away from anxiety, irrational thoughts and even unwanted habits as it prompts you to engage in different short ‘missions’ to navigate away from unhelpful patterns of thought, feelings or behaviour.

What does it do? Focussing on  anxiety and panic, it has helpful audio guides on different themes within anxiety. The app also has an SOS section with short supportive audio guides for common strong feelings and sensations that occur due to anxiety and panic.
